Indoor Location Change

WE ARE MOVING!

  • RVVA has signed an agreement with NRV to satisfy our indoor court needs for fall and winter through 2026.

  • This will be at the Performance Volleyball Gym, formerly known as the front side of the Spectrum Sports Complex.

  • We hope that this agreement will be the first step in creating a unified regional presence dedicated to providing Volleyball to people of all ages and ability levels.

  • This decision was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors.


What is new?

  • The new location has 5 courts and the aim is for the facility to be dedicated solely to Volleyball (limited setup and tear down). The facility has the best in town (aside from the universities).

  • The seasons will be 11 weeks including playoffs. 9 weeks for 10 games + 2 weeks for playoffs.

  • We will start by playing Sunday (A, BB, B-Sunday, C), Monday (B-Monday, C) and Wednesday (Men’s, Women’s Quads, C). There will no longer be games on Tuesday, or Thursday until growth necessitates expansion.


What is the same?

  • RVVA will remain the full executor of all our leagues.

  • All registration and communication will continue to come through RVVA and its Board.

  • 10 game season (over 9 weeks) + single Elim playoffs (over two weeks).

  • Outdoors will remain at the legion.

  • Team fees will remain the same for at least 2 years.

  • RVVA members will be able to rent courts from NRV at a discounted rate as available.


Other information:

  • With better facilities come tighter rules. We will be sending out information as we approach the fall season with more details. These rules will be non-negotiable, and those who do not follow them will be expelled from the league.

  • There will be further integration between NRV and RVVA as our relationship settles, including the potential for shared non-voting board members.


We have been working towards a unified approach for juniors and adult volleyball in the region for ages, and by way of the leadership of NRV’s board and the forward thinking of both boards, we have finally taken the first step.

Summer 2026 Registration

It's about that time! We know everyone is getting excited to take the game outside, and so are we! You may notice in the coming weeks that the nets are starting to go up at the American Legion fields.

 
 
 
1/26 Games CANCELLED

Games scheduled for Monday 1/26 are cancelled due to current road conditions. A makeup game schedule has not yet been determined. We will communicate updates as they are confirmed. Stay warm!
