Once completed, please mail a deposit check for $100 or the full registration fee of $300 to the following address (you may also bring your money to the in-person signup day on August 31st)

At least the deposit amount of $100 must be recieved by the cut off date when the season is scheduled. The remaining balance is due before your teams first game. If the amount is not received, the first game will be forfeited, after that if the balance is not received by the second game, your team will be removed from the schedule and your deposit will be forfieted.
In the memo field of the check, please write your TEAMNAME so we can verify that your team has paid.
